Effective solutions

Our reason for being is to improve personal performance to increase the value of organisations. Our experience, shared with numerous customers, enables us to provide an effective response to each need.

There are many organisations that focus on the means and lose sight of the ends. And if when that happens we are working with and for people, the consequences can be disastrous. At Epise, for example, we understand that we not only teach courses or design management models by competences; we also help organisations to manage and develop their teams based on those competences.

We measure our success not by the number of people who complete a training programme, or even by the opinions collected in a questionnaire to determine degrees of satisfaction; we measure it according to the degree of efficiency with which the result obtained contributes to the solution of the challenge posed.

In addition to the degree of efficiency we also measure our success in both the years of continuous relation with our customers and a set of indicators set out in the annual survey, Voz del Cliente.
